Scott Bell brings a unique blend of clinical and legal insight to his role at Campbell Huber. Before becoming an attorney, Scott served as a critical care paramedic and rose through the ranks to become a Clinical Director, overseeing a team of over 40 paramedics. That experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges healthcare providers face — and a personal investment in defending them.

Scott focuses his legal practice on healthcare litigation, defending medical professionals across the spectrum, including physicians, mid-level practitioners, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, and allied health professionals.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas (B.S., 2020) and the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law (J.D., 2025), Scott is also a licensed Critical Care Paramedic and a consultant for the National Registry of EMTs, where he helps write the national licensing exam for EMS providers. His scholarly interests include the evolving intersection of law and technology, exemplified by his recent article on the legal implications of AI in healthcare.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Scott is proud of his Kiwi roots. When he’s not in the courtroom or strategizing on behalf of clients, you’ll find him on the pickleball court or relaxing with his partner and their beloved cat, Zelda —the undisputed queen of the house.
