Kenneth K. Heinlein brings a strategic, well-rounded perspective to every case. Before joining Campbell Huber, he worked first at a personal-injury firm and later at a national defense firm, giving him firsthand insight into both sides of litigation.
His experience includes products liability, construction disputes, wrongful-death claims, breach-of-contract cases and complex litigation. He has developed substantial experience taking and defending depositions and handling motion practice.
At Campbell Huber, Kenneth is known for being thorough, responsive and steady when the stakes are high.
Kenneth's experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides gives him a useful perspective on how cases are developed, evaluated and litigated.
Outside the office, Kenneth enjoys cooking, gardening and time with his wife, family and friends. He and his wife share their home with two Siberian cats, Negan and Lucille.
