Casey C. Campbell is the Managing Member and co-founder of Campbell Huber, PLLC, where he leads a practice dedicated to defending healthcare professionals, employers and businesses in high-stakes litigation. His background in emergency medicine gives him an uncommon medical-legal perspective and informs the way he approaches cases involving physicians, nurses, EMTs, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.
Casey began his legal career in 2009 at Schell Cooley LLP, where he was mentored by veteran Texas trial lawyers Russ Schell and Susan Cooley. He later became a partner and ultimately a name partner at Schell Cooley Campbell LLP before co-founding Campbell Huber, PLLC in 2025.
His practice spans medical malpractice defense, products liability, non-subscriber injury claims, commercial disputes, insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation, and medical and nursing licensure matters. He represents hospitals, physicians, EMTs, manufacturers, employers and other professionals across Texas and beyond.
Casey approaches litigation with a simple premise: the client should never feel like one file among many. Every case has a person behind it, a reputation attached to it and consequences that extend far beyond the pleadings.
Outside the courtroom, Casey spends time with his wife, their two young children and Sarge. An adventurer at heart, he has run with the bulls in Pamplona, gone skydiving twice, completed the Cannonball Run and rappelled through a waterfall.
