Bruce Pauley has devoted more than three decades to defending healthcare professionals in high-stakes medical malpractice cases. A seasoned trial lawyer and trusted advisor, Bruce brings a steady hand and deep legal insight to Campbell Huber, PLLC, where he continues his long-standing commitment to protecting the careers and reputations of medical providers.
Bruce earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 1970 and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1972. He has been licensed in Texas since 1981 and previously practiced in Nebraska and Iowa.
Throughout his 34-year career in medical malpractice defense, Bruce has built a reputation for thorough case preparation, strong advocacy, and the ability to distill complex medical issues into compelling legal arguments. At Campbell Huber, he focuses on defending physicians and other licensed providers in both malpractice litigation and medical board proceedings.
What drives Bruce is the intellectual challenge and the personal satisfaction of achieving meaningful results for clients in some of their most stressful moments. Each case is a puzzle — one that requires legal precision, medical understanding, and strategic thinking.
Outside the office, Bruce enjoys reading, gardening, and travel. He modestly claims to be “boring,” but colleagues and clients alike know that his quiet humor and wisdom are anything but.
