Andrew Kowalczyk brings nearly 15 years of diverse legal experience to his role at Campbell Huber, PLLC. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Asian Studies and a Government minor, Andrew later earned his Paralegal Certificate from Kaplan College in 2010.
Since earning his certificate, Andrew has worked across both plaintiff and defense practices in product liability, business organization, real estate foreclosure, financial collections, personal injury, and medical malpractice. He has developed a key expertise in the evolving legal landscape, including adaptation to the changes to Rule 18.001 affidavits, transition from paper to the state electronic filing system, and the application of the Haywood v. Escobedo damage model.
At Campbell Huber, Andrew supports litigation in both state and federal courts, with a strong focus on medical malpractice and personal injury, while drawing on his background in commercial and complex litigation matters.
Outside the office, Andrew enjoys reading, board games, and video gaming with family. He and his husband share their home with two collies—one of whom is a certified advanced trick dog.
